Goal And Target
GOAL
The objective of the department is to follow the situation in social politics, industrial relations, labor economics, sociology of work, work & social security law, psychology of work, and to contribute the academic literature, and to grow up persons who will be able to use the theoretical and practical knowledge learnt during academic training, in daily life and working life.
TARGET
Within the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, during the academic year, it is planned that the students will obtain the knowledge in mentioned fields of science in theoretical and practical manner. In addition it is planned that students to have current information about working life and to evaluate this information and be able to develop different perspectives with the interdisciplinary approaches. In this context, the objective is to improve the skills of analyzing and criticizing, and to teach information and perspectives which may be used in working and daily lives.
