To have theoretical and practical knowledge about basic concepts of International Relations, Political History, International Law and Political Science and objectives, functions based on these concepts with basic programme courses which deal with the elements affecting international system.

To analyze the problems emerging,in narrow sense at bilateral level and in a broad sense at regional and systematic level, between the states by the help of the theoritcal knowledge .

To anlyze the direciton of international relation and world system by means of political structures and paradigms, social, cultural and economic evolutions in the process of globalization.
