FACULTY OF EDUCATION - TURKISH LANGUAGE TEACHING
Graduation Requirements
There is no final examination or examination period at the end of an academic year, or at the end of the study programme. There is, however, a final examination and examination periods, i.e., normally takes two weeks and starts immediately after at the end of each semester. Student is expected to have a successful completion of internship (60 working days) in industry before graduation. Internship is not credited in the programme though it is prerequisite for the graduation. However, the competences gained and workload needed with internship are ensured with the relevant courses` content, practice and worklaod in the programme. In addition to that student is required to complete a degree project and final year dissertation, (taken normally in 7th or 8th semester), which follows an oral presentation.
