Program Proficiencies (With Group)

Has knowledge of education programs, teaching strategies, assessment and evaluation methods and techniques related to classroom teaching.

Recognizes students’ individual differences, creates a suitable environment inside and outside of school where she/he participates actively in, obtains a positive attitude towards learning, uses the strengths and develops weaknesses

Plans / manages learning and teaching process taking into account the developmental characteristics, individual differences of students and characteristics of the subject area, establishes links with interdisciplinary and everyday life

Plans / layouts the process of learning and teaching taking into account the students who need special education.

Uses appropriate methods and techniques for the development of Students' creative, critical and scientific thinking, questioning, research, problem-solving skills.

Designs / implements activities to improve students' communication, language and cognitive skills

Plans / implements activities to increase awareness about the knowing environment, nature, love and protecting it, the culture of democracy and citizenship, a skills and culture of reading, the importance of science and art

Follows Development of students by using different methods and techniques of measurement and evaluation, evaluates the multi-dimensionally

Cares to gain skills of arts and sports fields such as the Folklore, drama, visual arts, music, physical education and games.

Be based on purposes and principles of the Turkish national education in activities related to the profession

Uses Turkish correctly, efficiently and well as an individual acquired language awareness and sensitivity

Knows legislation regulating duties, rights and responsibilities related to job, follows and implements changes

Acts in accordance with democracy, human rights / child rights, social, scientific, cultural values and principles of professional ethics

Plans / implements projects and activities to improve school and social environment where the school is with awareness of social responsibility.

Develops effective strategies to involve family members in school activities

Develops professional knowledge and skills constantly as an individual that lifelong learning, uses effectively a foreign language and information Technologies for following current developments
