Applies the theoretical knowledge of nutrition and dietetics in clinical environments.

Observes the working conditions of the clinical dietician, learns various diseases and the theoretical and practical knowledge related to these diseases, and educates patients and their relatives about nutrition.

Develops the knowledge and skills of the dietitian's managerial role in establishments that provide collective nutrition services on the basis of nutritional science and in accordance with individual needs.
