Interprets and uses the theoretical knowledge gained in the field of tourism; defines the problems encountered, analyzes and develops solutions.

Have the skills of reading, understanding, speaking and writing in English related to the field.

Be able to communicate effectively in at least one valid foreign language other than English in the field of tourism.

Conducts researches related to his/her field and takes an active role in the process of producing and executing projects when necessary.

Knows and applies national and international legal regulations and professional standards related to the field; acts with a sense of responsibility by adhering to universal ethical codes and cultural values.

Develops a positive attitude towards lifelong learning in the field of tourism; recognizes and understands different cultures and stakeholders; communicates effectively with guests and collaborators and demonstrates presentation skills.

Makes predictions about the future by following the developments in Turkey and the world economy and tourism; evaluates these developments in terms of tourism supply and demand.
