Analyzes and evaluates the concepts, ideas and data using scientific methods; diagnoses complex problems and issues; analyzes, discusses and develops recommendations which are based on evidence and scientific facts.

Informs experts or uninformed people on issues related to Educational Technologies and teaching profession, expresses methods of solutions of the problems - written and oral.

Has skills related to learning to learn, self-regulation, critical thinking, creative thinking and can carry out related field works independently.

Takes responsibility in applications related to the teaching profession and educational technology when faced with unpredictable circumstances.

Knows the needs of students, recognizes socio-cultural and economic characteristics of the families and communities, and according to these properties, implements and manages teaching and learning processes. Students actively participate in the learning process.

Knows and comprehends adequately about education technologies and teaching professions; has information about foreign language in level of communicating with professional colleagues (“European Language Portfolio Global Scale”, Level B1).

Has information about computer software and hardware in level of teaching computer and information and communication technologies courses and supports other teachers; uses informatics and communication technologies (“European Computer Driving License”, Advanced Level).

Considers social, scientific and ethical values about collecting, analyzing, interpreting, declaring of the data while performing teaching profession or working at private sector.

Trys for professional development while makeing self-evaluation. Has an active role for personal and organizational improvement and is open to new ideas. Follows professional legislations (law, regulations, circular, etc.), fundamental values and principles and behaves appropriately. Knows about job security and social insurance issues. Has enough information about social values and protecting environment.

Evaluates students’ learning and development, helps students evaluate themselves and other students. Uses assessment results to deliver a better education; shares results with students, parents, administrators and teachers.
