Has high-level knowledge and skills which are supported with Educational technology, teaching profession, general culture and the fundamental sciences, textbooks including the most current information, application tools - supplies and other scientific sources, the knowledge and skills of this profession and uses in their daily life.

Analyzes and evaluates the concepts, ideas and data using scientific methods; diagnoses complex problems and issues; analyzes, discusses and develops recommendations which are based on evidence and scientific facts.

Informs experts or uninformed people on issues related to Educational Technologies and teaching profession, expresses methods of solutions of the problems - written and oral.

Trys for professional development while makeing self-evaluation. Has an active role for personal and organizational improvement and is open to new ideas. Follows professional legislations (law, regulations, circular, etc.), fundamental values and principles and behaves appropriately. Knows about job security and social insurance issues. Has enough information about social values and protecting environment.
