The Aim of the course:

The aim of the course is to teach the invention and development of the coin and to provide the recognition of the city coins, especially the Anatolian and Thrace coins.

Course Content:

Description of the coin, numismatic science in the world and Turkey, some terms to be used during the course of Commerce before the coin of the invention, the invention of coins, coin metals, coins Units, Mint Technology in Antiquity, Coins on the Looks, coins Writings on it, Lydian Kingdom Coins, Persian Coins, Anatolian Persian-Satrap Coins and City Coins of Thrakia, Troas, Aiolis, Ionia, Caria, Lycia, Mysia Regions, Continent Greece, Southern Italy and Sicily and North Africa, Hellenistic Kingdom Coins.
