The Aim of the course:
At the end of the lecture, students will be informed
about the basic principles of sports nutrition, application
of nutrition to improve performance, the ergogenic aids
and nutrition of athletes in different conditions.
Course Content:
Energy and macro-nutrient requirements of athletes
Mikro-nutrient requirements of athletes, Nutrition charesteristics of before, during, after competition and trainning, Importance of liquid consumption, Ergogenic aids, Body composition and weight management, Special condition (women, child, vegetarian) nutrition
