The Aim of the course:

Gaining knowledge and skills of planning, implementation, evaluation of surgical patients' requirements before, during and after surgery, compatible work health care team, patients and family in this process and critical dependability of contemporary role and functions of surgical nurse.

Course Content:

Nursing in Surgical Diseases course covers roles and functions of surgical nurse, nursing care initiatives of surgical patients before, during and after surgery, surgical procedures and nursing care of specific systems and the main issues in the care of surgical patients.
