The Aim of the course:

Operating Room Nursing course aims to give knowledge and skills about, concepts and characteristics of operating room, principles of surgery and operating room, responsibilities of the operating room nurses and perioperative patient care in the line of operating room safety principles.

Course Content:

Operating Room Nursing course includes issues about structure and characteristics of operating room, asepsi, sterilization, basic surgical instruments, role and responsibilities of operating room nurse, patient care, patient, employee and environmental safety in the operating room.
