The Aim of the course: It is to enable the learner to understand himself, to understand people and behaviors, to learn therapeutic communication techniques, to develop communication skills and to use them in nursing profession.
Course Content: This is the course which contains the definitions of the main concepts, dimensions of the interpersonal relations, communication in the interpersonal relations, its’ methods and techniques, interferences in communication, the failing behaviours that produces difficulty in interaction, communication in some special situations, communication with differrent type of patients, communication conflicts, amphatic communication, communication between the nurses and the other team members in hospital.
